DIGITAL CREATION

Description: Throughout the course of the pandemic, educators and artists have been forced onto online platforms–trying to make connections through webcams and microphones. While this technology has become an essential stop-gap for us as we navigate public safety restrictions, it also presents new opportunities for performance. In this session, we will uncover the possibilities in creating work with students online. I’ll guide you through some practical tips about how to make zoom work for you, how to engage your students in digital creation, and how to connect honestly with drama curriculum. And all without technical terms or complicated computer settings!
Age Appropriateness: This workshop is geared towards educators and facilitators.
